           BOOT CAMP/POWERBUILDING

Weight training/core stability mixed with high tempo circuits. 

           INFERNO

High Intensity (HITT) class, 30 minutes with minimal rest.

           U12 

 

Fundamentals of movement and technique introduction to weight-based training.

           ATH-ELITE

 

Designed to build power and explosion for sport applications (U12 by assessment only).

           PERSONAL & SMALL-GROUP TRAINING

1-2 max personal training, 2-5 max small group training. Training based on any age and all fitness levels.
